Zimbabwe’s population grew 16.2% in the past 10 years from 12 million to 15 million, amid indications that the rural mass has fallen, the Zimbabwe Statistical Agency says.
Of the 15 178 979, 7.9 million are female and 7.3 million male, a 52-48% ratio split.
Harare holds 16% of the population while the rural population has fallen to 61.4% from 67% in 2012.
